Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property is an aspect of business that many businesses don't invest in because they don't understand what it is and what benefits it brings to their business or the damage of not protecting their business assets are.

This is an area of specialism that I have a lot of interest in. I always try to educate customers and potential customers of its importance.

  1. Copyright

  2. Trademarks

  3. Designs and

  4. Patents

The first stop for anyone (in the UK) considering protecting their logos, business / product name, story, song or invention is

The Intellectual Property Office website. I can offer free basic advice regarding your IP options. However, if you can afford it,

you can find a suitable IP lawyer here at the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (with whom I am NOT affiliated or connected with).
